Shop Andreoli is the online store of the renowned Andreoli Italian Grocer in Scottsdale, Arizona. We’re bringing the authentic flavors of our restaurant to homes across the United States, starting with our signature filled croissants and expanding to more delicious offerings in the future.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the entire United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

What products do you offer?

We’re starting with our decadent croissants, filled with a variety of flavors. Keep an eye out as we expand our product line to include more of our beloved Italian specialties.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

At this time, our croissants are made with traditional ingredients and are not gluten-free or vegan. We are exploring the possibility of adding alternative options in the future.

Can I customize my order?

Currently, we offer a selection of pre-set flavors for our croissants. As we expand, we hope to offer more customization options.

Are your croissants baked and filled fresh before shipping?

Yes! For every order, we bake our croissants with the filling inside. This ensures the flavors meld perfectly, though the filling may appear less abundant than in our display photos.

Can I place a large order for a special event?

Where do you ship your cornetti?

We ship nationwide across the USA. Whether you’re in a big city or a small town, our pastries are just a click away!

How do you ensure the freshness of your products?

Shop Andreoli is our service that delivers high-quality Italian pastries and goods directly to your doorstep.

Our pastries are made fresh with the finest ingredients, and are carefully packaged and shipped to maintain their freshness during transit. We use expedited shipping methods to ensure that your order arrives as fresh as possible.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you can expect your delivery within 2-3 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • For Wednesday delivery (orders must be placed by Sunday at 8 pm)
  • For Thursday delivery (orders must be placed by Monday at 8 pm)
  • For Friday delivery (orders must be placed by Tuesday at 8 pm)

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery at any time.

Can I pick up my online order at your restaurant?

All orders placed through our online bakery are for shipping only and cannot be picked up at the restaurant.

The flavors available online are exclusive to our online bakery and may not be available at our physical location. This ensures that your pastries are baked and shipped fresh, just for you!

Storage & Serving

How should I store my croissants once they arrive?

If you need to store them, keep them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. We recommend consuming within 2 days if kept in the refrigerator for the best taste and texture.

What are your recommended serving instructions?

For immediate consumption, preheat your oven to 175°F. Remove the croissant from its bag and place it directly on the oven rack. Bake for 5 minutes, and then enjoy—Buon Appetito! If you're not enjoying them right away, you may refrigerate the croissants until use and consume them within 2 days and follow heating instructions when ready to enjoy!

Returns & Refunds

What is your return or refund policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
